Will Shifflett

Chief Engineer

Will Shifflett was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky and spent most of his life growing up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and what he considers to be his home town of Oxnard, California. Growing up in California he loved to Surf, Skateboard, and even played guitar in a Punk Rock band. He graduated high school in June 2001 and moved back to the East Coast where he worked as an Electrician.

Will is a graduate of Cameron University’s EET program and met his future wife Tiffany in an Art Appreciation class. Together, they have two sons, Peyton and Wyatt.

After graduation, Will worked at KSWO-TV as the evening engineer. While at KSWO, Will was offered the position of Broadcast Engineer for OETA in Oklahoma City. In February 2014, Will became the Chief Engineer of KCCU.

Will currently holds an Associate in Applied Science and a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering and is a licensed Element 4 Amateur Radio operator. He is also a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and is a Certified Broadcast Technologist. His future plans include earning an MBA from Cameron.

Will loves to spend time with his family. Together, they enjoy going to Zoos, Aquariums, and Parks. They love the country life and being outdoors. They currently reside in Cyril, OK.
