CU Saturday March 8 Offered for Prospective Students

Lawton, Ok. – Cameron University is putting the finishing touches on its "CU Saturday" event set March 8 for prospective students.
Registration starts at the University Theatre at 9:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast for those attending and their families. CU President Dr. Cindy Ross will present the welcome at 10 a.m. Then people can take self-guided tours of campus, and attend breakout sessions in the Louise D. McMahon Fine Arts Complex. The tours allow visiting with reprsentatives of the various CU departments to learn more about individual majors and areas of study. The breakout sessions feature more information about Cameron and college life, financial information, campus activities and more.
Lunch will be a picnic treat: good food and music to enjoy at the Fine Arts Complex. Then visitors can appear on TV at the CUTV studio, watch a tennis match between the Cameron Aggies and Midwestern State University, take advantage of activities at the Fitness Center, or bring an instrument to take part in rehearsal with the CU Band.
For more information, or to register for CU Saturday, call 580-581-2837.
