Oklahoma City, Ok. – Ok. Governor Brad Henry said he followed the federal lead in raising Oklahoma's level to orange or high and urged the people to remain alert. Henry said no specific threats had been directed at Oklahoma at the time he made the decision on the morning of Dec. 21 after a conference call with Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge. He urged people seeing anything suspicious to contact law enforcement officials.
