Oklahoma City, OK – Voters in three Oklahoma elections have said no to a bond proposal and proposed tax increases.
Voters in Tuttle rejected a $2.7 million bond issue that would've financed a community center in Schrock Park. The center would have housed a senior center, public library and community banquet rooms.
In Delaware County a proposed one-tenth of one cent sales tax increase to pay for operations at the county jail failed.
And in Grove voters said rejected a half-cent motel/hotel tax that would've been used for tourism, industry and economic development.
