Wichita Falls, TX – Heavy rains overnight have flooded some major roads in the Wichita Falls area.
A flash flood warning was in effect a region from Decatur to Wichita Falls early Tuesday. Standing water left some stretches of roads and highways impassable. Among those were parts of Interstate 44 between Wichita Falls and Burkburnett.
In Clay County, a sheriff's dispatcher reported parts of State Highway 79 were underwater but ``still drivable.''
